Pavilion is always looking at how it can improve its service to you its customer and we are constantly improving the service, so it is pleasing to note that over the last 8 months Pavilion’s performance has been independently monitored by Internet Magazine and we have been rated by them as equal third over the period, out of over 70 Top ISP’s in the country including BT, Demon, Global, Easynet, UUPipex, Compuserve.

PLEASE CHANGE TO THE NEW NATIONAL LOCAL CALL DIAL NUMBER

Pavilion’s National Local Dial number 0645 270000 has now been operational for four months and about 40% of our Subscribers are using it.

All Pavilion’s subscribers should take advantage of this number just by changing the prefix from 01273 to 0645 in your dialup software. Please contact our technical support department if you need a hand with this (support@pavilion.net). Pavilion’s commitment still stands there will be no engaged tones on the service and there is no extra charge for the new service unlike other ISP’s. The cost is only £100.00 plus VAT annually which is less than £10.00 per month.

Some of our customers were confused by these prices, there is no extra cost for the national number connectivity and anybody can get the Pavilion service for £100.00 plus VAT by deciding to pay annually instead of monthly.

We recommend that all our subscribers change to the new number.

Now is the time to recommend your friends or your company to join the Internet with Pavilion.

The new annual subscription charge is £100.00 plus VAT, which is less than £10.00 per month. If you want to change to the annual just e-mail sales@pavilion.net and they will help you.
